Tana Honeyberry is the result of decades of honeyberry breeding work by Dr. Maxine Thompson. They are the best honeyberries on the market, proforming much more like a commercial blueberry with upright growth and high production. They are also are full of anit-oxidents! This variety has elongated blue berries ripening later in the season than other honeyberries to extend your berry season with a wonderful tart, sweet flavor. Tana grows best in sun or part shade and well draining fertile soil. Upright growth habit reaching 5 ft tall x 3.5 ft wide. Cold hardy! USDA Zone: 2–9
Pollination: Needs to be grown with a second variety to pollinate and produce berries. Willa has compatible bloom times.
