Tana Honeyberry is the result of decades of honeyberry breeding work by Dr. Maxine Thompson. These are the best honeyberries we can grow in the Pacific Northwest, performing much more like a commercial blueberry with large berries, upright growth, high production and easy picking. Honeyberries are also full of antioxidants! This variety has elongated blue berries with a wonderful tart, sweet flavor. Tana grows best in sun or part shade and well draining, fertile soil. Plant with Willa for cross pollination. Cold hardy.
