The Naverella Fig (also know as Osborne Prolific) is a hardy and resilient fig tree, perfect for cooler climates. This tree produces large, sweet figs with a deep purple color that are perfect for fresh eating or culinary creations. Naverella figs are low-maintenance and easy to grow, making them an ideal choice for any garden or orchard with well-drained soil and full sun. They are tolerant of drought and can be grown in a container. At full size, the tree can reach a height up to 15', but pruning them will keep the fruit at a reachable height. Planting near a wall, rockery or restricting their root growth will encourage earlier fruiting. They are vigorous and easily grow back from any damage.
