Rainbow Chard. Nutritious leafy green with colorful stems in red, yellow, orange, and pink. Mild flavor—delicious raw, sautéed, or steamed. Easy to grow in full sun to part shade and rich, moist, well-drained soil. A great fall/winter vegetable for the northwest if planted in late summer.
